Sachin Tendulkar has not been included in the Test list. At the same time, Virat Kohli is also very low. Sachin has played 13 years in this century too. Virat’s entire career belongs to this century.

Cricket’s prestigious magazine Wisden has released a list of cricket’s most valuable players in the new century. A number of assessments have been made to prepare this list. Sri Lankan Muttiah Muralitharan tops the list of Test cricket, while Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been ranked second. Talk of one-day cricket, England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff is at the top and Shakib Al Hasan of Bangladesh has been placed at number two.

There are many big names on this list. Many of Australia’s legendary players have found a place in it. But many big names are missing from this list. It does not include the names of Sachin Tendulkar and James Anderson. In the list sent to Navbharat Times Sports, Virat Kohli has been ranked 18th in Test cricket and sixth in ODIs. At the same time, Sachin has been placed in the 22nd position in the ODI team. Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has been ranked 8th in Test cricket.

This list has been prepared by analysis company Cricviz. Each player was given a special MPV rating to make it. In this, it was seen through the figures that the player had an impact on the match against the rest.

Talking about T20 cricket, Afghanistan captain Rashid Khan has been placed at number one. Leg-spinner Rashid has impressed with his game. Second-ranked Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah. Australia opener David Warner is in third place and Chris Gayle is placed sixth.

Phil Walker, editor-in-chief of the Wisden Cricket Monthly, told Flintoff – ‘He was an expert in death overs with the ball and also performed brilliantly with the bat. Between 2003 and 2004, he scored 1264 runs at an average of 51, while taking 41 wickets at an average of 20. His economy rate was 3.60. He shows the importance of an all-rounder.
