Ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar, state Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) on Thursday. He has been admitted at Patna’s All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for treatment.

“Tried positive for CORONA. All boundaries are entirely ordinary. Begun with mellow temperature for the most recent 2 days. Admitted to AIIMS Patna for better checking. CT sweep is of lungs ordinary. Will be back soon for crusading,” tweeted the BJP pioneer.

The Deputy CM had just isolated himself after previous Union pastor and BJP pioneer Shahnawaz Hussain tweeted on Wednesday about testing positive for Covid on the battlefield in Bihar. Hussain expressed, “I had interacted with not many individuals who tried positive for Covid 19. I got myself tried today and my report has come positive. Solicitation all who interacted with me in the most recent couple of days, sympathetically get yourself tried by Govt rules.”

“I have conceded myself into AIIMS ER. I am feeling fine, nothing to stress over,” he included.

According to reports, Hussain tried positive two days after he tended to numerous meetings in Bihar. The Bihar political decision will be held in three stages for a sum of 243 seats — the main stage for 71 seats on October 28, the second stage for 94 seats on November 3, and the third stage for the staying 78 will be on November 7.
